Welcome to the official digital hub for the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) Kern Communities Council #3312. Established in June 2025, our chapter brings together dedicated leaders, advocates, and community members across Kern County.
We are committed to building economic strength, expanding educational access, and protecting the civil rights of our local Latino community.
OUR CORE FOCUS AREAS
Quality Education & Scholarships: Encouraging high school graduation, guiding students through college applications and financial aid, and awarding local scholarships.
Youth Empowerment: Building leadership pathways through our active Youth Council initiatives.
Civil & Immigration Rights: Protecting community members through direct advocacy, legal awareness, and civil rights education.
Public Safety & Environmental Justice: Advocating for safe neighborhoods and clean, equitable local environments across Kern County.
